Aquaria: OST Launch Jam

Aquaria: OST has finally launched! :)

You can get your very own copy from the Infinite Ammo Shop.

There are two options, one is everything you see above, the second is all that plus you get your poster signed by yours truly – and we’ll throw in a few other print extras. (business cards, promotional materials for other indie games, etc)

Etsy (our store interface) takes PayPal. To make shipping easier, please make sure your PayPal address is up to date.

We’ll be setting up the live pajama jam in about 12 hours from time of posting (1pm CST approximately) so come hang out, and see your order being packaged as tasty tunes are jammed o’er the tubes.

Live TV : Ustream

RECAP: The jam was a success, clocking in at about 2:45. A surprise appearance by Kenley Kristofferson rounded out the afternoon. It looks like we have our work cut out for us for shipping on Sunday. We’ll try to get as many orders as we can in the mail by Monday.

Note: If you have any feedback for or problems with the ordering system, please let us know in the comments below or via email and we’ll do our best to respond promptly. Thanks!

    Woo!
Thats…8am Sunday morning here. XD Looks like I’m getting up early…
Hmm; so I have the option so spend NZ$27 or NZ$40… Grrr exchange rates. ><

Bleh… Looks like I wont be able to get my copy ordered until tomorrow morning (by which time the fun will be under way already). Curses, I should get myself a credit card. XD

Oh, and NZ$8 for shipping; bringing my gift to my self to be either $35 or $48. Uguuu but I want the signed copy~ :’(

It seems I was the first one to get my order through(ID: 21489829), but I’m so cheap that I didn’t order the signed version. now I regret it…

oh well, now’s too late :(

and amazingly the 6$ USD for shipping isn’t overly expensive, I’ve seen situations where shipping to Portugal is 50$ while shipping to Spain (out neighbouring country) is 10$

well, I’ll do the math to be able to watch that pajama jam.

Just ordered! I’ve been waiting for Aquaria Soundtrack ever since it was mentioned back at the forums, glad it finally made way into this awesome 2CD package. Can’t wait to receive it!

p.s. …and PayPal kept crashing Firefox, argh! Also sent a message about “mistake” extra orders by mail.

Picked up the signed copy :) Will probably miss the piano jam, but I’ll be crossing my fingers for a video or mp3 of it later!

Might I suggest that having the musician sign a piece of graphic art isn’t quite as meaningful as having the musician sign something on or in the CD case?

12: If you’d prefer to have something else signed, leave a note with the order. It could be the booklet cover or back, etc…

Hooray! Well, then . . . I’m the person who already sent an order note saying the same “something in the CD case” speech! Anywhere that there’s a reasonable spot amidst all the art would be lovely.

Think fifty years from now: “Auction lot 137: Aquaria album (first run; signed), starting bid $10,000.”

ARG! GUYS!! Now I’m torn between having beautiful pristine CDs so I can see all the art on them or having Alec signing on them. :O

NZ$ have pretty much always been lower than USD as far as I can remember (I’m only 18 though). The current exchange rate isn’t even bad; during the recession it got down to like 0.5 or something, currently its 0.7432.
I’m also really happy that shipping is only US$6 :) (obvious reasons…any extra $ stacks it up on my side). Sucks to live in NZ but want overseas stuff. ><

For the record, if there is supposed to be a happy chat window below the video stream, it’s not working for me. It keeps telling me “Connecting … Connecting … (etc.) … There was an error connecting to the chat server, please try again later.” I have just updated Firefox, and am allowing all scripts on the page. Internet Explorer 7 likewise doesn’t get it to work. (All on Windows XP.)

However, in regards to the current content of the video . . . dance, my CD-packaging monkeys! DANCE!

Yay for shipping to the UK of only $6. $26 total is just £15, which is what you might pay for an album in the shops over here; and it almost certainly wouldn’t sound as good as this :)

Are there any plans to release the soundtrack digitally? Like on Sumthing Digital or itunes? I don’t need the case, booklet, posters, or plastic discs… I just want the music.

Samantha wrote a Comment on November 19, 2009 at 11:05 pm

Just offering an option for what Ryan requested… though the physical CD is a prize in itself. Tunecore.com is an easy way to get on all the iTunes countries stores and other digital music sellers.

    Thanks, this is comforting. :)
Talking about Aquaria, some times ago one friend of mine – known as Dewos – told you that a group of us (italians) had translated Aquaria, but the situation isn’t changed at all. Could we send you the entire dialogues with the relative buttons and images translated to make a patch? Many italians would play your AMAZING game localized.
    Thanks again ;)
