Here’s a peek at some in-game art. This is a book that has a lot of significance to Marian and the game in general… but that’s all I’m saying for now.

I LOVE books in games, no idea why. I get excited about them in a way I *should* be excited about IRL books. I guess it’s because they are totally ‘imaginary’ they simply dont exist, but still can contain a load of text, pictures, or portals to another world.
as such, and with this pretty cover, this post has me more excited about Marian than any other yet!
I want to see what’s inside!

8: Nice.
I could cast the decorative bit at the far right there in bronze, if you like. I could even make a mold of that for reproduction, though with my jewelry scale casting equipment, I could only cast one or two per day.

@8: The design was pretty vaguely inspired by an antique photo album that we found at a vintage shop, which we used to show some people concept art for the game at GDC (see: http://bit.ly/bOIvAE). So the idea is definitely in our minds already, but it would be super cool to produce this exact book. I know I want one!
