Chris has just finished his redesign of our website. You’re looking at it right now!
The site now contains much more functionality and it’ll be a lot more pleasant for us to make updates as well. We have Vimeo, Flickr and Twitter all nicely integrated into the right side bar. If you poke around the site you’ll notice all sorts of cool touches that Chris has integrated, like the pop-up screenshots, logins, custom-coded plugins – but most of all you’ll notice the style. This is a slick site!
The site also has some new content – for example, check out the Games page for a teaser description of Heroes and Villains. If you look around, you might find more new stuff…
Let us know what you think of the new site! Chris busted his balls chrunch-timing it the last few days, and I’m sure he’d love to hear your feedback. (you can see a small piece of his epic journey here) We’ve been manually porting over old posts and comments from our last site, but not everything is back up yet. If you notice anything out of place, please tell us about it.
Also note that you can choose to register an account to post comments with now. When we launch our forums, this account can also be used to post on them. So why not go for it now? (it means you can set up a sweet avatar for the comments too)
Enjoy, and let’s all give Chris a big pat on the back!
UPDATE: User avatar uploads now work! So go to it! Bam!
Warning: Not a real video blog. Contents contain a brief sneak peak at our new website.

P.S. Alec has made a REAL video blog with secrets in it. Secrets that we can’t show you yet. Secrets that involve a very handsome french man.
P.P.S. As mentioned in the video Justin Sanchez is super rad. He gave us the domain infiniteammo.com! For free! Check out his rad video game blog Reset Glitch.
I’m Alec Holowka… You may have heard about my last project, Aquaria. If you haven’t played it yet, you really should! It took me and my friend Derek Yu about two years to finish, and I’m really proud of what we managed to accomplish. Both Derek and I feel that video games are the next great art form, and we put that theory to the test through our efforts on Aquaria. Being able to successfully design, develop and release my own game was a dream come true – with the added bonus of being honored by the IGF, getting insanely positive press and meeting some really cool fans.
But right now I’m fulfilling _another_ lifelong dream – starting up a new game development team in my hometown of Winnipeg, Canada. Yeah, THAT Winnipeg! Fortunately, I managed to find three other people who are extremely gifted and who also understand the potential of video games. Katie, Chris and Ian are not only multi-talented, funny and sexy as hell – they’re also really great friends. You can find out more about all of us on the About Page.
We’ve been working on a new game for about two months now. Everyone’s pumped, and we’ve all been working our butts off to launch our website and get a leg up on development. Big ups to both Katie and Chris for putting this slick website together – especially Chris, who is probably now dead of the fever he was valiantly fighting for the last week! We’re not going to tell you what the new game is about yet, but rest assured – its going to be awesome.
This website is the home base for our journey into the crazy world of game development. Over the next year, we’ll be keeping you all up to date as best we can with behind the scenes info – in the form of blog posts, podcasts, video… Let’s just say we’ve got some big plans.
So on behalf of the four of us at Infinite Ammo, we hope you stick around. I have a feeling that its going to be a great time!
